ADVERTISING, INTERVIEWING AND TESTING EXPENSES
To ensure the suitability of candidates for your requirements, the most relevant employment references possible are contacted by telephone (without jeopardizing the candidate’s present employment). This is to assess a variety of important factors, including performance, attitude, interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, administrative skills, assertiveness, promotability, analytical skills, safety record and (where applicable) negotiating and marketing skills.
All direct costs for advertising, interviewing and aptitude testing must be pre-approved by the client and are invoiced separately, as they accrue.
SIX-MONTH CANDIDATE WARRANTY
By having advertising costs separated from (and not built into) the basic fee, your company pays for advertising only if it is desired.
Your company is protected with a six-month candidate warranty. Full details on the candidate warranty (and other key items) are included in the CWCRS “Terms and Conditions of Service”, available upon request from employers. NO UP-FRONT FEE - PAY ONLY UPON HIRING
Your company pays a fee only when a candidate is actually hired.
You pay only for results, not for the search process.
